I had a simple meal, and that did the job. Afterwards I watched Carry On Abroad, a fairly inane bit of nonsense that I didn't have to concentrate on. Then I put on Carry On At Your Convenience, which really is well beyond the pale. There were a few disconcerting bangs and thuds from upstairs, so I watched most of the film with the sound turned off. Bed at twenty past nine.
