Incomprehensable

Online I just say a picture of a huge dog, and an aggressive breed too, with its tongue over a baby's face. The tongue lay across the baby's mouth and half of its face. What is the matter with people? Haven't they heard of toxocara worms? Don't they know the animal carries all sorts of nasty, harmful bugs? Don't they know the dog uses its tongue to clean itself? Perhaps they do know, but aren't at all concerned that the animal may have licked its arse, nether regions and any other part of its body just prior to licking the baby? I could vomit where I sit.
