This morning

This morning I went for a walk along the coast,just as it was getting light. It was a beautiful start to the day; bright, clear, sunny, fresh, but with a biting easterly wind. In short, a perfect autumn morning. I didn't manage to stay long though, because the wind was just that bit raw for me. I'm getting old, you know!!!!!!!

I did take some pictures while I was out. The tide was out, and the Herring Gulls were doing nothing but fight over bits of food. In the bottom photo, an adult is harrying a young one for its food. Such is nature.
