Since I gave up the fags, by lungs have started getting rid of the tar that had settled there over decades. Also I'm breathing easily through my nose, and that's a new experience. I don't ever want to go back to tobacco, but I don't mind if I stay on the electric fags.
The downside is that when I go out, I can smell all the petrol and exhaust fumes from motor vehicles. That's very unpleasant.
