I'll take myself to the library this afternoon, and plug away at the family tree. It's getting quite a ridiculous size now, with over thirteen thousand ancestors, relations, and their spouses and families. I can find my way around it with ease. It's the way my mind works. I have a series of mental hooks, on which I hang different categories of things, rather like the grammar tables on which I hang words in foreign languages.
