A musical interlude

I've just publicised my harpsichord sessions for this week. As I was pondering yesterday, I won't bother publicising the session at the pub. The former is intellectually satisfying but unprofitable. The latter is intellectually unsatisfying but slightly more profitable, but there's no point in advertising it if people aren't going to come. I'll just let it die a death at the end of the month. Of course I'm hoping the landlord won't change his mind before then.
