More about Aspergers

I want to tell you a bit about my aspie brother. He writes his own songs and plays a number of instruments, and all of this self-taught. I was self-taught too, until the age of 38. Our condition gives us an obsession with finding out how. I know how talented he is, from what he has said and played. I'm happy to say that he's finally taking on board that the things I tell him about his ability are true.
Unusually, he got up and improvised the keyboard yesterday. It made good harmonic sense and his technique was rather good. I will help him with his playing, when he is ready. He would be quite at home in a musical environment.
