I went to sign on at the workhouse this morning. On the way back I felt a bit odd, as if I'd got a fit coming on. Then I realised what it was. I'd been so busy thinking this morning, that I'd forgotten to take my tablets. I took them when I got back home, and now I'm starting to feel normal again. Conversely I once took my tablets, having forgotten that I'd already taken them. With our condition you can get so deep in thought, that you can overlook things that you'd normally do automatically. I must try and be more careful.
