Dear reader, I have tried to tell you what a beautiful place I live in. Now that the weather is nice I can show you some pictures taken at 1.30pm today. The bottom picture shows the view of the old town from my living-room window. The other pictures were taken about two hundred yards from my front door. I live in the most wonderful town, have such beautiful friends and family, and am surrounded by the love of those people and my family who live in other parts of the country. When they ask me, some people are surprised that I don't miss London one bit. Miss London!!!? I don't. Would you, if you had what I've got? This town knocks spots off London.
