Friends in foreign parts

I have recently made friends with a German visitor to our little town. Once upon a time he was a teacher. Once upon a time I gave piano lessons. He works in a call centre. I managed a call centre. He writes, I play. We both like a drink, and both enjoy the same cider. We have a lot in common. He allows me to inflict my German upon him, although he speaks excellent English. He wants to come and live in England, which will be lovely. Dear friend, I have included a picture of some Morris Dancers for you. People here tend to laugh at them as being quaint, but I always enjoy watching them. You see them sometimes at tourist destinations, but in our part of England you see local people dancing for local people. Have a look at the video and enjoy!
