An email

I received a reply to yesterday's email, asking with help in pursuing my diagnosis. I received a reply, and attached were pamphlets outlining how to seek diagnosis (I've already done this part). They also sent me a customer info sheet to complete, ie details and ethnicity etc, which I probably won't do.
I replied that mi issues were that firstly, they may not seen me because I haven't got anyone who knew me when I was a kid, and secondly there's a three-year wait to get seen, which is unacceptable. I've sent all this to the charity who published my letter yesterday.
