About town

The weather is beautifully sunny again today. The sun is quite warm, but there is a chill breeze coming off the sea. It's really lovely all the same.
I strolled along the sea-front and up the high street to the bank. History repeated itself; the machine wouldn't let me have my money, I spoke to the staff, they put me on the phone to head office, I told them the same thing I tell them every fortnight, they allow me to withdraw money after a thirty minute wait. It didn't piss me off, it was just boring. I'll have to see the lady from the CAB when she's back in a fortnight.
Then I walked down to the supermarket. It had its usual share of the wanker population, but I was cheered up enormously when I found three lots of meat marked down. My freezer is very happy.
