My mood isn't so extreme as it was earlier on. At the moment I'm feeling edgy and nervous. This always happens to me after any sort of uncomfortable 'scene'. I'm determined that it won't completely spoil my day. Dinner is nearly ready, and I'll go to the pub afterwards.
