A musical interlude

I know I'm not an international celebrity in the field of music, but there are a couple of events that I'm looking forward to. A close friend's birthday is tomorrow, and she's having a party at the pub on Saturday, for which yours truly will be providing the music.
I'm also going to play patriotic songs etc on St George's day (23rd April). That seems strange for me, since I'm not patriotic. I'm neither proud nor ashamed of my nationality. I have no control over it. I'm looking forward to the songs though.
