I live in one of Britain's happiest homes. I don't know how I could possibly have achieved it without any help whatsoever from Puritan Soap. The Victorian name is marvellously moralising. It reminds me of yesterday's blog about the Victorian view that poor people were poor because they were immoral. Perhaps this brand of soap could scrub away the immorality along with the dirt, thereby increasing a person's chances of becoming prosperous?
I've got boring things to do now; a trip to the bank, then a trip to the supermarket. Wish me luck.
