I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed today, and my mind feels very heavy with all the thoughts coming all at once. I haven't been able to move yet, but I must pull myself together, have a bath, go and get some tobacco and then cook. I really need a bath. I'm starting to smell like the great unwashed. That won't do.
