The weather is beautifully warm and sunny today, with just the slightest breeze. I enjoyed the walk up to pay my rent. I crossed the road afterwards to buy a bun round from the bakers, but the person in front of me bought the last one, the bastard. Never mind, I bought some delicious hot cross buns instead. Then I went to the German supermarket to stock up on basics, and bumped into a friend there. She drove me back home in her van, which was much nicer than walking. She drove along the coast, and we both enjoyed the views out to sea.
