Bird watching

Yesterday I spent some time watching a cormorant who seems to have moved into our harbour. I used to see plenty of cormorants flying in London, but I've never seen one fish before. It was very enjoyable.
I can't speak so kindly about seagulls. Nowadays there are lots of juveniles practising their screeching, and there are some very strange, loud noises emanating from the rooftops. I wish we could have eagle-owls here. The'd soon sort the gulls out.
