I slept soundly last night, and managed about five hours' sleep. I still feel tired today but not as weak as yesterday. I didn't fancy being on my own yesterday evening, so I went to the pub as normal. There were some nice people there, including one man from London who recognised me from one of my previous singalongs.
I'm just pulling myself together to do some boring things like going to the bank, going to the doctors to order a prescription, and paying the rent. After that I'm travelling about fifteen miles to see my friend from uni. I'm really looking forward to that.
The weather is beautifully sunny and warm this morning.
