A nice surprise

I've just found a shop where I can buy all the Indian ingredients I used to find so easily in London. I'll need to be careful though. I've just bought a bottle of mustard oil whose contents looked rather pale. When I got home I saw why; it's a mixture of mustard and rapeseed. I'll see how it works later. I hope it will taste ok.
