I cooked some Indian vegetarian food yesterday afternoon. It was far too early for me to eat, so I took it to the pub and ate it outside when I got hungry. The weather stayed glorious right up until the spectacular sunset. It was nice to see friends there, and the atmosphere was lovely all night. My friend from uni's brother came in with his partner and some friends. My brother was on duty, and I enjoyed helping out behind the bar. I can pull a good pint now.
I have to laugh to myself, because I had two different ladies sat on my lap at different times. That was a double first for me, because no-one has ever sat on my lap before. My brother's partner and I had a nice talk about my writing, and I am glad that she will come round and have a look at it with me.
That was a good evening.
