I woke up feeling dazed and very shaken, and very angry about the woman upstairs. After the fags and coffee I finished the kitchen and had a quick tootle round. It didn't take long at all. Afterwards I played cards on the computer and had a quick look at Evelyn Rose's Modern Jewish Cookery. I fancied making something different for dinner, but I can't really be bothered. The flat inspection went well as usual. I don't like people I don't know coming into my flat. It bothers me a lot.
When I got back to the library I saw that social services had emailed me a referral form. I have duly completed it and sent it on to them.
