A tranquil scene

The people upstairs have gone for good, I hope. Various neighbours have been talking to me, and it seems the late people upstairs had a very bad name in the block. I've really noticed the difference since they left. It's been lovely and quiet, just like it was when I moved in. I wonder if that's why I'm rallying round so quickly.
