After eating an extremely salty pasty, which is still griping at me, I went to the doctors to order my prescription. Problem. They didn't know about the tablets for the fits, because the letter must have been sent to my previous doctors. So I did go for a nice walk after all, but to the hospital rather than along the coast. The hospital hadn't updated their records, but said they would do, and they will let my doctor know about the tablets. At least I hope they will. It's quite a hike up to the hospital and back.
