I turned up ten minutes early for my appointment as usual, and a new person on the door told me I wasn't allowed to be more than five minutes early. So, I had no choice but to stand outside in the freezing cold for five minutes. I don't know who they employ to come up with such idiotic rules, but probably one of the following:
