A S D; an update

 I contacted N I C E recently re diagnosis, and they have replied that they comment on individual cases etc, and outlining various complaints procedures. Actually mine isn't an individual case. I am a representative example of the poor service levels received by all people in my position. The reply is wholly unsatisfactory, and I have forwarded it to the autism charity for their input. If N I C E have no authority or ability to act, what is the purpose of their existence? I think I can feel a fight coming on.
