A man with obvious learning difficulties sat next to me in the library. He was not hurting anyone, but he couldn't stop talking to me. After telling me about the weather and his computer games,  he proceeded to tell me where I could see women sunbathing with no clothes on. That's one of the most useless pieces of information I've ever been given. I've now changed seats.
