Cockney humour

Blimey, that's a big 'un (as the actress said to the bishop).

A light on the horizon

I've had another email from the second autism charity, making a formal appointment for 12th December. The lady also sent me their newsletter. On the face of it, this is exactly what I've been looking for.

This morning

The day started off with the slope up to the workhouse. I hate it. They've been fucking around with everyone's signing on times, and we have to go at a different time for each visit. I wonder if this is some sort of control game. I'm finding it very upsetting indeed. I need routine and order in my life, and these latest changes are completely unsettling.

I don't think so. Politicians are cunts there too.

Sleep

Not good again last night. It dawned on me this morning that sleep has probably always been an issue for me. It's only since I started writing my blog that I have any measurement of how many bad nights I have.
